I can't believe I am here. It's just plain heaven. I am in my aunt and uncle's cabin on top of a bluff where I can see the Tetons from several of the windows. They have a sign in the front yard proclaiming it to be "Carruth's Teton Heaven". Can't you see why?

Vance has bird feeders all around and little bird houses and hummingbird feeders. It's part of my job to make sure they all stay full while he's gone. It's a daily chore. There are little chipmunks and ground squirrels who play in the yard and come to the pond to drink. Vance tells me that there are several moose around and they sometimes spend the night in the back yard. He tells me not to be surprised to find them coming to the pond to drink as well. I can't wait.
Yesterday morning Foxy Lady came to visit and welcome me to the neighborhood.
Vance and Ann left this morning for their two week adventure in Alaska. I hope they enjoy themselves. I know I am.

The Tetons has always been one of my favorite places. Pres Clinton stayed in the Lodge there when we were there one time we would run into their secret service people on the restaurant all week long.
I might not have agreed with his politics, but he sure could run an economy!!!
