Planning?

You have to wonder what kinds of minds are doing the planning when the "powers that be" decide to close 2 of the 3 lanes on the interstate and close an exit on the outbound lanes of traffic just before rush hour.  What were they thinking?  Were they thinking?

My usual 20 minute drive to physical therapy took 1 hour and 45 minutes.  I sure did need some physical therapy when I got there, just to relieve the stress caused by the drive. What a day!
