Karen Stone

Tonight is one of my guild meetings and we have Karen Stone coming to speak.  She will also be teaching classes on Friday and Saturday.  One of my quilty friends called last night and she is sooooo busy that she doesn't think she'll be able to attend her class on Friday sooooo she decided to gift it to me.  Oh boy!  We'll be working on the Unusual Feathered Star.  I'm not too sure about all this paper piecing, but it'll be fun to learn something new and exciting -- at least I hope it's new and exciting.  I've done paper piecing before, but I've just muddled through.  I hope that Karen can make it easier or more intuitive so I don't have to try so hard.  I'll share my experience later and let you know how it went.
